The venues
Wednesday: Meet and greet at NREC, Kongens gate 14. This is in the city centre, close to the parliament (the Storting).
Public transportation:
- T-bane (subway): the closest subway station is Stortinget.
- Bus: the closest bus stop is Kvadraturen or Dronningens gate
- Tram: the closest tram stop is Prinsens gate (line 13, 14, and 15) (gate in Norwegian is street).
The Nobel Peace Center is located at Aker brygge (also a tram stop), about 15 minutes walk from the NREC headquarters. The restaurant Kafé Celcius is located between the two (the building dates from the 17th century and has previously served as a university library, among other things).
Thursday: The Norwegian Academy of Science and Letters (DNVA) is located in Drammensveien 78. The nearest tram stop is Skarpsno (line 13).
Dinner will be held at the Fram Museum at Bygdøy. Go there by bus no. 30 Bygdøy to the stop Bygdøynes.
Tickets to public transportation
Download the app Ruter to buy tickets on the go (requires a debit/credit card connected). You can also buy a travel card or singel tickets at kiosks etc. For more information, see this page.
For digital participants
If you have questions or comments during the sessions, please send them through the chat and we will pass them on to the presenters as soon as possible.
For those who wish to participate in discussion sessions, we will try to facilitate this. Digital participants will be one discussion group and they will be able to convey key points from the conversation during the summary section.
We will inform you as best as we can on any changes in the program or schedule as the days proceed.
